On booking with Booking com I requested If possible a bath we were allocated room 102 which has a lovely free standing bath Unfortunately the hot water supply was poor lukewarm slow delivery so that the bath was unusable The concierge tried to remedy the situation to no avail so that even in the morning we had poor ineffective supply To give credit where due as a result of this problem the duty manager waived all charges for our stay
