The Art Nouveau Residence Ville Lago is located on the shores of Lake Lugano, 14 km from Varese. It offers lake-view apartments set in villas surrounded by alpine gardens. A swimming pool and private beach are also available.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscina is closed from Fri 15 Sept 2023 until Mon 20 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that air conditioning is not included and will be charged extra EUR 10 according to usage.

Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Guests are required to leave apartments clean and tidy.

Late check-in from 19:00 to 20:00 is charged EUR 10. From 20:00 to 21:00 it costs EUR 20, while from 21:00 to 22:00 it costs EUR 30.
