The room was quite noisy I heard what appeared to be noises from the drains each night which were quite loud and woke me up at 2am most days The bathroom was very small I had to be careful not to bang against the walls as the toilet was squashed into a corner

There was no slippers in the room

The maids didn t change the sheets Just covered the dirty sheets with the duvet

friendly and professional staff position of the hotel next to subway station suits my necessities bedlinen crispy clean compliments

Spa was clean

On about 3 different occasions given incorrect information in regards to are stay also staff were not welcoming only pleasent greeting was from the door man Also got locked in the bathroom because the lock in our room was broken

Wi Fi wasn t included but first of all for a superior double bedroom I expected more Really small You couldn t even move in the bathroom

Location for us as near to Euston train station Russell sq tube Also close are pubs cafes restaurants and a small shopping centre Bedrooms were clean tidy

Standard rooms and bed are small and some noise from air con units outside our bedroom on 3rd floor Breakfast overpriced as is hotel 3star at 4star prices
