CONFORTABLE ROOM AND SUPERB BREAKFAST
WHEN WE ARRIVED THE RECEPCIONIST SUZAN TRIED TO HOST US IN AN UPGRADE ROOM IT WAS AN OLD APARTMENT OUTSIDE AND FAR FROM THE MAIN BUILDING ON THE THIRD FLOOR REACHED BY NARROW STAIRS AND WITHOUT LIFT IMPOSSIBLE TO CARRY THE LUGGAGE AS I SAID I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE THE STAFF FINALLY FOUND A MODERN ROOM IN THE MAIN BUILDING ALERT TO EVERYONE WHEN RESERVATING MENTION THAT YOU WANT TO STAY IN A ROOM INSIDE THE MAIN BUILDING
Good location walking distance to city center restaurants cafes and touristic places Friendly and helpful staff Facilities were fantastic Even a hair dryer was really powerful for the size Free coffee and bottle of water in a room and chocolate
Nothing btw we did not try breakfast due to our schedule
The room was very spacious and the bed extra comfortable
The shower needed a shower curtain as the water splashed on the floor and the edge of the bath shower was mouldy Incidentally there is no shuttle service as one concludes from the write up on Booking com This was very misleading and quite disappointing when we were arranging our transport to airport I had booked this hotel with the shuttle as a main incentive
