Nicely located very close to the train station Warm helpful staff Clean rooms Nice restaurant bar Very much recommended

I booked very late so the price was really high Apart from this a great place to spend your holiday in Vienna

The room is very small

wifi slow or not working room looking to the roof of the building inside the sound of the compressor for the climate during the night expensive parking

The room was comfortable and just what we needed It is close to the West Bahnhof and to Mariahilferstrasse Can walk to the museum district Plenty of accessible public transportation

The airconditioner struggled to cool the room

The location just across from the Westbahnhof is just perfect

Because of a mild physical impairment I found the bed and the toilet far too low and some of the lounge area seating is also much too low

It was a good location it was clean Also it had a bid foyer

While helpful the receptionist was a little serious

cosy feeling comfortable and discrete Excellent breakfast

had to relogin to wifi every time i left and returned to the hotel

The hotel location was very convenient its just next to Westbahnhof so if you are travelling by train or need to go to from the airport by bus its less than 2 minutes walk with your bags The room was good it had everything we need it even had a complimentary tea coffee maker Staff was helpful Basically we had a nice stay in this hotel

The only thing we didn t like that the closet was too small really tiny for a triple room
