Clean and comfortable rooms excellent location near St Pancras station not cheap but reasonable

Lousy breakfast except for cereals shower could have had more water pressire

Great Location near to kingcross Hotel was nice and comfy Our was 2 room with 5 beds so were very comfortable

Bathrooms too small

Staff were very friendly and helpful as best they could be Breakfast was good

As reported to duty staff bedside lights bathroom mirror light and one other electrical item which I can t remember did not work Bedside light was important as I read while my my wife sleeps Friendly staff said this couldn t be fixed until next morning We were there for only the one night so this was disappointing Also there was very little room to move around to the far side of the bed approx 125mm between the corner of the bed and furniture Scenery from window was not pleasing

I missed breakfast as I was bit unwell with tummy upset The bed is comfortable The kitchen is useful with small fridge for us to bring some foods

great position to catch Eurostar and handy to tube station and easy eating places around the staff were very helpful and pleasant at all times would recommend this hotel

We would prefer the upstairs room that was more spacious and looked out to street the groundfloor room was noisy as it opened onto reception and was and was smaller than upstairs

The hotel is very very convenient to bus and trains with plenty of places to eat but if looking for good pub food the Skinners Arms in Judd Street recommended and basic pub food at McGlynns just around the corner in Whidborne Street with a lot less hassle and cigarette smoke The counter staff and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful and both times we stayed our rooms may have been a little unusual this is an old building but they were very comfortable and quiet and they have a LIFT We travelled by cab if unsure of direction but the buses generally were easy to follow The tube is good once you know your way around and the direction you want to travel A great address from which to explore London

We were beautifully looked after and nearby building works did not cause us any noise or inconvenience
