Apartments here feature wood or ceramic tiled floors. Each one has 1 bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette. You will also have a furnished balcony or terrace.

The residence is 10 minutes drive from the town of Arco and its ancient castle. Boat trips across Lake Garda leave from the dock in Riva del Garda. Please inform Residence Cascata Varone in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sun 24 Sept 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in is not possible after 19:00.

Final cleaning and bed linen are included. One towel per person is provided on arrival. Towels are changed every 4 days.

Warm, waterproof clothes are recommended for visiting the waterfalls.

Guests need to provide their own food and charcoal for the BBQ.
