Location is good

The room and bed to small For the price

bed was comfortable and wifi was working efficiently

i was given a 1st floor room which was reached via 1st floor by elevator then 2 floors down the basement acessible only by various staircases such as in a labyrnt it was very difficult to reach the room by a suitcase also the room was very very clostrophobic during the stay i was terrified with a thought of fire and not being able to reach outside i dont know how the hotel got any fire licence at all

Good facilities food location Small kitchen in our suite was a real bonus roomy there was 4 of us 2x adults 2x teenagers

The full benefits of the Executive Lounge were not explained on check in there for we missed out on free Beverages afternoon tea canapes partly our own fault for not reading literature given to us However I do feel reception staff should have highlighted freebies on check in The room 340 was great for us although the mattress on the sofa bed was past its best I asked for another mattress or atleast a mattress topper but instead got a blanket laid on top of mattress So had to put up with my teenagers complaining each morning how uncomfortable it was

The hotel is easy to find and located close to the tube station The room and bathroom were newly renowated and clean Friendly staff at check in

I was not aware that we had booked a room with no window Perhaps I missed this during the booking process I didn t follow up on this with the staff as were staying for only one night Although the room was in the basement with no window there was some noise from the street during the night anyway

Small and short bed False Alarm went off due to poor settings Employees not really proactive with their help following the event

Shower leaked so covered ceiling and bathroom in water shower plumbed wrong so hot and cold water opposite way round toilet roll holder was hanging off wall bathroom light switch was located OUTSIDE the room in the corridor Room was on the fourth floor took 3 attempts by reception to get the key to work breakfast was awful Requested twin room had a double Sheets were dirty and floors not cleaned Not recommended

I know you are in the middle of room renovations but we found our room tired with many small deficiencies like the hinges on bathroom door loose leaking bathroom faucet peeling laminate on bathroom counter Also we found your breakfast far too expensive for the offering

Shops near hotel are convenient Air conditioned rooms Plenty of lighting in room Clean bathroom

Staff do not speak fluent English so there was a communication problem which made it difficult to tell them what we wanted No airfreshners in hallways and elevator was small and smelly No room or bathroom slippers available Had to request toothbrushes Toilet was hard to flush no toilet brush and large shower head was broken Crossiants were stale and no eggs included in breakfast deal Would have liked mini fridge in bedroom for cold water

The staff are friendly and the location is ideal for public transport Breakfast included

We went for a king room as we have stayed in a standard room before and found it quiet small but we re disappointed as the room we paid for was not any bigger and the 4th floor room no 415 the ceiling was so low hit my head a couple of times and I am only 5ft 3inches
