The location
The staff for evening shift always look serious and don t smile or say hi to the guests staying in there
The lication is super right in the center of the city close to all tourist locations and shops The staff is very friendly always polite and helpful The interior of the hotel is very authentic as if you were in 1920s
SUPER HOT IN THE ROOM While our stay it was 30C in Vienna Our room did not have any conditioners There was only one fan that did not help at all Neither did the windows They were faced to the backyard where restaurant ventpipes are located As a result two nights turned into nightmare It would be also nice to warn guests in advance that breakfast is not included in their booking and they would have to pay additional 17 per person per night in case they want to have hotel breakfast
