The apartment complex comprises a total of 43 apartments spread over 4 floors. This air-conditioned complex comprises a lobby area with reception (24 hours), a hotel safe, a lift, a TV area and a small supermarket. Cars can be parked on the car park or in the garage. A laundry service rounds off the facilities on offer.
The functionally designed studios come with a combined lounge/bedroom, en suite bathroom, direct dial telephone, radio, kitchenette, minibar/fridge, air conditioning, central heating and a hire safe.
