Links to public transport can be found in the vicinity, while the nearest restaurants are a 15-minute walk away. The nearest nightlife options can be found in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. Tenerife North Airport is some 35 km away.

This air-conditioned spa hotel, which was renovated in 2007, is situated on a 10,000 m property in a natural setting, with views over typical Canarian houses, as well as excellent views of the sea and the mountain. It has 50 rooms in total, which are spread over 3 floors. Guests have at their disposal a lobby with 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in/check-out, lifts, cafeteria, restaurant, bar, hairdressers' salon and conference facilities. Internet access is available for an additional charge . Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car. Younger guests are sure to enjoy the playground, though it is subject to fees.
