This holiday complex is located in a calm, privileged area, near the viewpoint for the dunes of Maspalomas. Various restaurants and shopping centres are situated nearby.

This complex is quite tranquil, despite being situated in the centre of Playa del Ingls. In the reception guests will find a safe, currency exchange facilities and services to book excursions and attractions, as well car, bicycle and motorbike hire. In addition, the complex offers Internet access (fees apply), a laundry service, a play area and a car park. There is a security guard on duty at night.

All the bungalows come with two bedrooms and a sofa bed, as well as a kitchen with an oven, fridge, a microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. They also offer a bathroom with a bathtub, and a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, Internet access, an iron and ironing board, a room safe and a private garden and terrace.

The complex has five swimming pools, including two for children. There is a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols and a sun terrace. Guests can make use of the tennis club and gym which can be found about 200 m from the complex. All the tennis courts are illuminated after dark. There is a wide range of water sports on offer.
