The staff from start till finish of my stay was so polite and helpfull one of the best hotels i have had the plesure of staying at highly reccomended
Unbelievably bad experience We did not receive a complimentary genius drink upon arrival During booking at check in and on the last night of our stay we requested a late checkout and were assured it was possible On the day of checkout at the agreed upon time we returned to the hotel to find the hotel staff had finished packing our bags and removed them from our room claiming the night shift failed to relay the message I have never been more angry at a hotel I could understand if they disregarded a single request but I made the same request on 3 separate occasions and this is inexcusable So while the accommodations may have been acceptable I wouldn t keep any of the front office staff under my employ and I can t recommend this hotel in good conscience

Breakfast was not good and hotel receptionists are not helpful
I liked the staff who are friendly and helpful The room was clean comfortable bed and bath shower was spacious enough Location is not too far from the Centre and a metro station nearby Breakfast was good
The curtains in the room don t close completely woke up very early due to sunlight Why don t they add some eggs to the breakfast
Nothing Terrible hotel
Liked nothing no air con sauna heat rooms no hot water unhelpful staff and to top it all the smallest room with no way yo get into bed other than climbing onto bed no walk space either side and concrete dormer overhanging bed which my head crashed into causing me concussion and whiplash

given a room that was not ready and moved to another room without dovet I came at thre and cleaners were working and rubish all over the place
