Great hotel with great expensive smell in the corridors

Bed It s just too soft for my back

Beautiful elegant surroundings that embody the stylish history and romantic ambience of Paris

the fact our bedroom was not ready on arrival and we only took occupation after 16h00 Furthermore we had paid for an upgrade on booking com which we never received as the hotel rooms were not ready and we could not wait as we had a function at 17h00 Very disappointing

The room was very spacious and nicely arranged to separate business and leisure Friendly personnel extra nice The whole service The personnel was perfect and the room very comfortable

no space at all in the triple room

Location is the best

I had an excellent stay at the hotel The hotel is a stones throw away from the Champs lys es and handy for the Charles De Gaulle metro station and also Gare De Nord station The hotel staff were super friendly extremely helpful and helped us with directions and booking tickets for Disneyland Our room was spacious modern and clean Would definitely stay at the hotel again when I return to Paris

Small entrance small lobby but the rest was extremely satisfactory The room was small but to be expected very clean and the location was excellent

The friendly and helpful staff especially the female receptionist The comfy beds and excellent location

It would have been nice if there was a lobby with some seating
