Staff is welcoming and professional Concierge extremely efficient Room size

Rooms on 4th floor have poor view

Great hotel with excellent staff nice rooms tasty breakfast And the location is great of course

I was extremely missing fried or boiled eggs on breakfast

Everything was amazing and totally exceeded our expectations Hotel is in a superb location and the staff couldn t do enough for us We will definitely be back

Unfortunately floor was dusty with somebody s hair It all then transferred to the bed when our son climbed to the bed after walking on the floor barefoot

We liked the position of the hotel very easy to walk to everything complimentary drink in the reception very nice touch Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful especially the concierge

WiFi connection not that good on arrival we were asked for the debit card that we booked the hotel on which we did not take with us and the receptionist was quite aggressive towards us demanding that we provide it We didn t need that after travelling All the other staff were lovely

Nice smells calms very clean

No shower box

Fantastic location on the Trocadero surrounded by lovely restaurants and bars Spa was fantastic pool and steam room that we could use any time of day Lovely staff and rooms would definitely visit again perfect for a romantic getaway

Outstanding staff upon check in Adrian was very warm welcoming and very helpful with telling us about local places to visit and restaurants to eat at His English was also excellent which was very helpul
