Loved hotel service was excellent
Early check in
Bar not 24hr over priced breakfast although it was nice charging 20 each is very excessive
Breakfast was impressive but cooked food wasn t hot We did tell a waiter who said he would pass on to the kitchen Think the food needed covering as the hot lights obviously weren t hot enough to keep the food hot It was a shame but it won t stop me staying again as the rest was perfect
Breakfast was fantastic so much to choose from x staff very friendly and helpful
Staff were accommodating and very close to tube station which is helpful
No free wifi had to pay per night I would expect a Hilton to have this as standard
Hotel was very convenient to where we needed to get to O2 Arena

Nice large spotless room quiet floor 6th Floor
Shower facilities weren t giving off hot water So I had to complain I was offered another room to shower in on the same floor Apparently some tube had broken and it would ve taken over an hour for the maintenance staff to fix it I was checking out that morning hence the offer of the use of another empty room s shower facilities A little inconvenient and some sort of offer of a concession by the hotel would ve been nice Ultimately the staff attended to my situation promptly and courteously
