I think that it is an excellent hotel with exceptional staff They were really efficient Thank you Krista for dealing with our problems so efficiently and patiently

The staff were attentive and friendly in their manner Just what I want after a long journey Keep it up

The mattress was rather poor and the room was a little small however the price I guess reflected this

Breakfast was the best Staff were super Hotel is excellent

Cleanness of the rooms the decor of the hotel was very nice Great value for money

The hotel was relatively well situated and the staff was very helpful and friendly

The rooms are tiny the food is inedible and the equipment airco furniture etc has seen much better days All in all for a 4 star establishment you would maybe have expected something better

Scrupulously clean very modern quiet rooms staff were extremely helpful and friendly Great shower and bathroom with a large and comfortable bed 25 minutes outside the centre but right next to a tram stop which are fast and cheap

Although the transport links are excellent it s a few miles from the centre and there s little near the hotel apart from a business park or two Breakfast is a little pricey 25 for 2 people and the continentals can t quite do a full English Bottled water wasn t replaced daily either These are minor quibbles though The Hotel is excellent

The shower was dirty Also found a pair of tights on the floor as we walked into the room

Underfloor heating in the bathroom Good air con Fridge

The bed was tiny I am 168cm and my feet were hanging off the bed Hairs in the bathroom and on the towels Staff weren t very warm Poor quality bed sheets

The bed was comfy The size of room 209 was great

The pressure of the shower was poor The size of the bathroom was smaller than what I expected
