The location was excellent and the staff very friendly The hotel was comfortable and provided everything we needed for a few days shopping
The room 411 the Windows needed cleaning and the sink needed some bleach poured down it There was a distinct smell from the sink however it was very clean
Staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble Second time we have stayed here and will be going back

The cooked buffet breakfast was just a little too cold I don t think the warming stands do an efficient job The selection was fantastic though
Great staff very helpful especially the doorman who went out of his way to look after us Rooms were lovely and the bed was very comfortable Breakfast was delicious and again service was great friendly
I was disappointed that check in was advertised at 2pm but one of our rooms was not available until nearly 4pm We had a taxi booked for 4 45pm so this didn t give us much time to get ready

Booked a deluxe room but was unimpressed as it was more like a standard room as hardly any draws for clothes etc also kettle etc on dressing table leaving not enough room for our bits
This hotel is in a fab position for Covent Garden It s clean very comfortable and staff lovely Cannot fault the place
