Staff were quite helpful in providing information and advice on transport attractions during the period of severe flooding in Paris which occurred during our stay
Room and bathroom were quite small No porter service was offered to transfer luggage to from the room on arrival departure
one of the staff wasn t listening it took about 15 minutes to check in Even when I gave the spelling of my name the person was still getting it wrong on about 3 occasions
the beds were comfortable the bathroom was clean there was plenty of lights in the room so no part was dark
the bins were the view outside our window would have been nice to have some hot chocolate pkts with the tea and coffee for people who don t drink tea or coffee

Hugely dissapointed by the discount code QRS for the attraction sites that didn t work The barcode was scanned several times at the ticket office and it didn t work which meant we could not get a discount on our tickets Waste of our time and money
