The staff member at check in was very helpful and enabled my wife to check in prior to published check in time I was running in the London marathon and on check out day I was able to return to the hotel to use bathroom facilities prior to the journey home Staff were all courteous and helpful The hotel was ideal for London marathon runners convenient for the Jubilee Line that provides access to the DLR and Marathon Expo

Water presure was very very very high
There was rat in the room when I noticed that staff changed the room and they serve free food but I was shocked in central and nice location there was a rat in hotel room I try to speak to manager and gave my number to them but nobody interested to call me back There was bread on the table inside the bag rats has eaten the bread as well
There is a rat and babies in this hotel When I am free I ll call health service from council

That we had booked and paid for 3 people but were not welcomed questioned about booking had to prove I had called and paid and showed confirmation of 3 but made to feel like I was lying
Very comfy bed and amazing staff throughout the whole hotel Hotel location was great for all aspects of shopping and sight seeing within London

Too many unsupervised children running noisily around the corridors and disturbing breakfast I know that s a tough one to fix since nobody is allowed to criticize parents or children today

Was told the air con was going to be fixed the first day we got there and still wasn t by the time we left
