The location next to the flower market small cafe s nearby easy access to transport the friendliness and efficientness of the staff

Found this hotel very very poor unclean rooms cracked sink in bathroom up graded our room this is what we got very disappointed would not recommend this hotel to any one

it s near to everything easy access to transport shops nearby and a very good pub called rendezvous des artists for excellent meals good view of the city on roof terrace

The rooms are below my expectations especially having just left a very nice hotel in London with same rating to compare though reasonably clean the rooms needed refurbishment as outdated especially the bathroom desperately in need of upgrading on a positive note the staff I spoke to were very helpful and speak good English which helped a lot with my queries

The renovated room was excellent and the quality of everything was sumptuous wihtout being at all over bearing The breakfasts also were interesting plentiful and of high quality

The air conditioning was inadequate to cool the room once over heated We had to leave a window open almost permamently

Room clenliness light switches and appliances didn t work properly decor of room

Bedroom was spotless bed described as single was double and extremely comfortable Did not partake of any food as not up early enough for breakfast and away from hotel for other meals What contact I had with staff was friendly and professional

The location is perfect

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment however this is reflected in the price when you compare to other hotels in the neighbourhood The bathrooms were unclean Staff were slow to check in and unhelpful rude at times One staff member actually muttered to herself in Dutch whilst trying to deal with my query that was very rude

Breakfast is very good

Comfortable clean rooms and good location

Late check in time but early check out time it would be great if the hotel could make the check in slightly earlier
