Good location close to the underground and also close to the Tower of London More of a business area but there are some pubs close by

A little pricey but everything nice in London seems to be a bit expensive

The mattress on the bed in our room was very uncomfortable

Some noise in corridor quite early Sunday morning sounded like bottles being cleared away

Easy to checkin and out

The maid walked into our room knocked lightly we said no but came in instantly without properly checking it was ok to do so

Location I chose it as it is close to Liverpool station so I can catch an early flight

I specifically liked the staff in the restaurant within the hotel bubbly charming and helpful I also enjoyed the free coffee and snacks in the foyer The room had a great view excellent bathroom and cosy bed

Rooms don t have baths room had virtually no natural light as the window overlooked another high wall of the hotel The room felt dark and dingey inside No room service after 11pm
