S Hotel

Lovely position on Kensington High Street opposite an entry point to Kensington Gardens Very handy for the Royal Albert Hall Kensington Palace and Museums Good restaurants within walking distance Good wi fi connection

Hotel is looking a little bit tired Too many frayed edges and dirty carpets Smallish room deluxe double was needlessly provided with a two seat sofa which was rammed up against the bed and was therefore unusable and made getting into bed difficult

we liked the design service and the vibe the location which close to everywhere they have this really bar on the roof which worth sitting and at summer i heard it is just getting better recommended place

the only thing that was kinda boring is to get the same breakfast every day but i dont think this is a matter of judging if u enjoy everything else

The room was poor not enough room for 2 adults and 2 children

Air Con was broken but not advised on Check In had to ring once got into the room and then waited over 90 mins for someone to deliver then fit the portable one Breakfast was not great food had dried out as it was just sitting in the warmers

Staff was super nice and really helpful The location is perfect and beds and bathroom amazing

They charge us twice the last night We came back and they were really nice and helpful and made a refund with no problem

Breakfast food choice location close to main train and bus station

Rooms looking onto street can be noisy if window is open

The room was fabulous and the staff very friendly and efficient
