Great service beautiful hotel excellent location

The gym was very hot due to the glass fans would help and there was no water fountain

Excellent Location to Wembley Stadium

The price was high but the hotel was of good quality The room was not cleaned when we approached the staff without making a fuss we asked for just clean towels it did not matter about the room that was not done neither We paid 573 so therefore we would have expected this do have been done When we told reception about it the next morning I would have expected a small discount as it was a lot of money for nothing

Good clean rooms

Lift very slow Could not order a hot drink after 10 30pm Breakfast so so

Great location good size room very comfortable bed friendly staff

When booking with card it takes about a week for them to release the hold on funds after paying the bill

The location was great for getting around London Free coffee in the loby was a nice touch

The attention to detail was missing from the staff e g requested additional pillows not sorted TV didn t work only one glass in the room for two people and then there was none etc

Staff went out of there way to help you

Nice staff and great location The room was comfortable and modern

I think it will better if the breakfast various because we stay 5 days and my friend is Islam so she doesn t eat pork but almost pork for breakfast we hope to visit at the hotel again and I think you will add some of the chicken or meat for breakfast

good continental breakfast free tea and coffee available all day in reception although no de caff tea which I drink bed very comfy perfect location for royal Albert hall

room 206 a little small noisy due to air con plant outside windows bring ear plugs no firm bed pillows if you need support only soft room next to cleaners cupboard again noisy when cleaners in out
