Quirky room very comfy well located for all the places we visited Breakfast was great

Wasn t warned about the room height Not recommended for anyone over 5 6

Spotlessly clean and comfortable Friendly welcoming staff Lovely breakfast Very convenient location

Some noise outside the building but this was not the fault of the hotel

well appointed convenient location reakky good shower

Gave us the room by reception oat street level so some street noise and coming and going would have preferred a first floor room as infact requested

good value for money location excellent

no in room coffee tea making facility breakfast finished at 9am 9 30am 10 latest is a better option

Booked small double which was great for my single occupation but would be cosy for two Friendly staff Great view over garden square and super quiet tucked away at top of building

Small issue on check in where I was asked for a passport or address ID which I didn t have available The request was waived but might be something to bear in mind that ID might be asked for

We stayed in one of the deluxe studio suite which has a small kitchenette It was lovely spotlessly clean Very roomy like a mini studio apartment perfect if you are having to live in London for a short time for work and would like the freedom to have some food in your room helps the budget too Hob fridge kettle toaster and microwave plus crockery Ensuite with walking shower loo and sink plus more homely features such as a decent bathroom cabinet with lighted mirror plenty of towels and lovely toiletries HUGE king bed plus sofa which made into a single flatscreen tv wallmounted which could be moved in all directions small wall table and chairs plus seperate little wall table and chair with mirror and hairdryer perfect as a dressing table No onsite restuarant bar etc made for a quiet hotel Good strong free wifi Great as a base for further exploring or if you need a home away from home whilst staying in London for work project

We were on the 1 floor room 8 and could not get mobile connection in the room so if that is going to be very important to you check with reception

The staff was extremely friendly the room was good large and clean superior double room The hotel is very close to dam square and most of the attractions that i didn t even need to use the tram a lot

The hotel s reception needs renovation however all eveything other than that was great

The bathroom wasn t very clean and there is no phone signal in the basement rooms

Really good croissants and the bed was very comfortable The bathroom was very pretty and cosy The receptionist we dealt with was very friendly and polite The housekeeping staff also did a good job and the room was clean on arrival The location was brilliant as it was close to the tube station Also major appreciation of providing bathrobes as that doesn t happen too often any more

I felt like the breakfast staff could have been friendlier or at least allowed my own access to tea or coffee if they aren t going to automatically ask but it s not a big issue really I enjoyed this hotel overall Floors are a bit creaky so we could hear the antics of the room above but the hotel staff can t do much about that
