Bed mattress was a bit soft for me and my partner
Beds comfortable clean felt super comfortable in the room spend amazing night nice bathroom with a bath tv to watch the euro 2016 games very value for the money will definitely return to this hotel to stay if I need
I couldn t smoke on the balcony and had to go down to smoke that s not so comfortable dressing undressing for a quick fag while the balcony is there
Fantastic location perfectly placed for Emirates cable car ride across the Thames and onto boat ride port great facilities spa looked amazing but didn t get time to use it friendly and helpful staff and delicious breakfast definitely recommended
Very comfortable club room enjoyed the drinks and snacks in club lounge Breakfast in dining room was excellent and the service very friendly and efficient Car parking at very reasonable rates

The hotel is actually on the Sondrio metro So you go out the hotels door right to the Metro That is most comparable Breakfast very good
The location is in an un interesting location Other Crown plaza are much better The normal room is small and looks more so as its designed in very dark colors

Convenient to Kings Cross Station A good stop over when using the Eurostar Train Service A 63 bus stops just outside the hotel and delivers you the main entrance of the station

Gratitude added to drinks bill as standard however still a very pleasant stay
The room was fairly large the bed very comfortable The location was perfect for us because of Blackfriars being just across the road
The prices of everything just seems excessive even accounting for it being in London Neraly 50 for two portions of burger and chips in the room actually made me laugh until i came to pay for it
