Playa Scondida

Casa Playa Scondida is a rustic-style eco lodge on Baru Island, 1 hour from Cartagena by motorboat. It offers thatched bungalows that overlook the Caribbean over the private dock where guests can relax and use the sun beds.

All of Casa Playa Scondidas bungalows have been designed to be environmentally friendly. All have their own private balconies and simple furnishings made from local materials.

The hotels restaurant serves typical Baru Island cuisine made with fresh local ingredients. Guests can dine in the hotels gardens or have their food brought to their rooms.

To reach the property, guests will need a boat from the dock in Manga that departs every morning and returns in the afternoon for an additional fee, service that is coordinated by the property.

Casa Playa Scondida offers a wide range of activities including snorkelling, canoeing, swimming, bike riding and windsurfing. The beaches are located only 5 minutes by motorboat and the property offers this transport for free. Please note that the property does not accept MasterCard for payments.

Please note that the beach is 5 minutes by boat from the property. The hotel offers for free a boat shuttle that is available all day for guests to use.
