This is the place to go if you really want to impress your wife The ambience was wonderful The decor was very fitting with the Palace grounds being just across the road We could not have asked for a more perfect hotel Close to the Metro for easy access to anywhere in Vienna Great local cafe s restaurants and shopping

The bed turned out to be 2 singles made up separately and placed together Very odd but still comfortable The Nachos was just Corn Chips Salsa dip no sour cream no avocado That s my only real criticism

Easy access for transport to the City

Bar area was too small and lots of conferences going on

The parking was a little bit expensive

Friendly staff Good service Good food

Breakfast was good quality but rather hard work assembling it yourself Electronic room keys a bit unreliable especially if you didn t work out the card has to be inserted upside down

Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at in terms of service room size and facilities and value for money

I have no negatives with this hotel Central Vienna is a few S bahn stops away Not a problem

Location close to Schunbrun Palace and park Luxury of hotel Porter assistance

Attitude of reception staff who did not want to allow me to unload luggage from our car at the front of the hotel I did it anyway The porter was especially helpful When I attempted to get breakfast the service was poor We were ignored The staff chose to serve others who came in after us and then proceeded to clear the tables rather than take our order In the event we chose to go next door for breakfast where the service was excellent The reception staff were not very informative on our arrival choosing to tell us to read everything rather than talk to us about anything

The location was really good

There was no kettle in the room to make coffee or tea whenever The toilets were not cleaned up to the mark But overall it was a comfortable stay

No Snacks Toast served in Hotel Bar after 11 p m

Room is clean bed is ok

Hard to find room have to walk a long way and no showing no kettle I asked for more glasses to have tea the receptions tell me to ask the bar by myself Should I cook the meal and clean the room by myself
