Convenient location to reataurants tourist attractions shopping restaurants CAT
Very tight but clean accommodations with bed against wall no room for casual chairs to watch tv no bar of soap or hair conditioner just wash shampoo combo no daily fresh towels without asking
The lobby is nicely decorated and the location all together is very inviting Great bargain
while the furnishing is trendy and nice but it is one of the dirtiest floor carpet i ve seen for hotels at this level I see hand oil smudges on closet doors Carpet just looks like hasn t been cleaned for few years Just keep your shoes on
Staff on reception were so helpful and friendly Booked restaurants and told us where to go and how to get there Shuttle worked very well to and from airport Bed very comfortable
Bar on 17 floor closed on Friday night for private party we were sent to lobby where they only had plastic glasses for wine which only came in small bottles and no glasses at all for beer us oldies do like glasses and a normal bottle of wine between 3 Staff in bar on Saturday night most unhelpful and service very slow After a long day sightseeing it would have been nice to relax in a pleasant bar with staff as good as on reception
Staff was very friendly and courteous Location is pretty good considering public transport to tourist destination
Toilets do not have exhaust Did not receive toiletries initially and had to ask them separately
Loved the hospitality good amenities Rooftop bar has an excellent view
Located a bit away from the town not much to do around But has a nearby public transport access to the city
The bed was really comfortable and the staff were amazing

Location is pretty far from centre but that s my fault for not checking Checkout was also quite slow and the staff seemed unsure how the deposit refund worked
