The staff at receiption are very friendly and helpful

The single room I got was a bit too small and the staircase to the room was bit difficult with my suitcase

good location

the hotel moved us to other property in other part of the town at 21 pm due to maintenance problem refused to show that the room is not re booked by other never checked if we re ok in the exile hotel Didn t inform us that the problem was fixed and perhaps it s time to return to the hotel that we ordered horrible attitude

Supernice room with high ceiling which gave it a more luxurious feeling I thought that the actually room looked nicer in person than in the picture The room was a nice size sure it was quite small but bigger than I expected Good for 2 people The hotel was also superclose to two different tube stations Bayswater and Queensway We used the Queensway one most because it is on the Central Line which takes you to touristy things such as Marble Arch Oxford Street Piccadilly and so on Perfect

It was a bit difficult to wash your face because the faucet was kind of too big for the basin so the water splashed everywhere Not a big problem though

Location was fabulous it was one min walk to Bayswater tube and about 4 min walk to Queensway tube Also very handy for buses into town

The room has everything it promised except floor space that was non existent The room was compact but had everything and staff were helpful We could hear the trains go under our room from the tube which ment we had very broken sleep We had no bath but did have an excellent powerful shower

Room a bit small

The first room I booked was very small but when I explained that I was 6 2 and quite well built and the bed was just a 3 4 Bed they moved us to another larger room immediately absolutely superb staff management will definitely stay again thank you

Very friendly stuff very helpful Super location A lot of places to eat outside of the hotel Clean The room is very small but we stayed there just for sleeping for that location and price you paid of course you cannot expect a huge room If I go to London next time I will absolutely go back to this hotel

I am not used to the pillow

Rooms were extremely small The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable

Liked the decor and feel of the hotel Staff were friendly and welcoming Stayed for a bday celebration and was greeted with room upgrade flowers and balloons Lovely thoughtful touch

Bit out of the way to walk to places

Free WiFi Comfortable beds Really clean towels and bed changed everyday Fantastic shower Hot chocolate sachets with normal tea and coffee options Brilliant location Hyde Park is literally around the corner

No restaurant facilities in the evening Room was a tad bijou
