The location and how close it is to 2 stations The helpful receptionists

The fact that the rooms pictures on Booking com were showing them more spacious than they are The first day I arrived I saw one towel in the bathroom with some dirt on it the supposedly sliding door was not sliding properly Also you could have added some toilet kit and slippers Moreover I didn t have my room cleaned the next morning although I did have the sign on the door

Just back from brilliant weekend in London hotel was excellent so convenient and very comfortable for family of 5 lots of space in the room Food was very good also no faults

Very helpful staff they ve been very accommodating and understanding Really polite and friendly Hotel room was spotless and incredibly comfortable The view of the Arc de Triumph from the room 501 was just incredible The location couldn t have been better We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and obviously Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysee were at your door step Metro just at the corner

Being picky I felt that the bathroom lacked tooth brush and tooth paste because I forgot my own It also lacked hair hair conditioner I d also like more selection of teas in the room

the place is clean personnel very nice breakfast is very good

rooms are very small A twin is actually a single

First i would like thanks ms Maria in recepction for cooperation and try to help me for reservation in resturant And she s upgrade my dulex room to suite Location
