Little to like really The cost of the superior room was 170 euro way more than other hotels of equal rating

Unfriendly unhelpful staff yes you can eggs fried but you will need to pay No tea or coffee facilities in the room Very dark and gloomy everywhere Shower little more than light rain no power whatsoever One pillow each You can have some light bites in the evening but as we were informed by reception ONLY if you buy a drink Breakfast was very poor rotting bananas in the fruit bowls and fruit flies Warm milk for cereal Bacon dripping in fat Tea and coffee is self service and lukewarm Slippers supplied but no housecoats

Bathroom in particular and overall interior design were fresh comfortable and stylish

Front of house staff were extremely helpful however directions to the nearest eating precinct proved to be poor Best local eating seems to be near the station rather than toward the Duomo Not much down that way within 2 km

Staff and facilities were excellent Great location close to train and bus station 5mins walk Very clean

Liked the Wooden floor in the room The bathroom was excellent clean new spacious with great lighting also liked the slippers and if course the very comfortable bed Remarkably good and fast taxi service organised by the reception

Really missed a coffee machine in the room
