These apartments are located on the waterfront promenade of central Sunny Beach, only 20 meters away from the beach in the top center of complex. Near the building there are many bars, nightclubs and restaurants open until early morning. Kaya Apartments offer a different accommodations with fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony with views of the Black Sea and Nessebar Old Town.

All of Kayas apartments are air-conditioned and feature classic dcor. Every apartment includes a seating area with TV. Free WiFi is available in all apartments.
