Both Universal Studios and Sea World Orlando are just a 25-minute drive from the apartment complex. Downtown Orlando is approximately 26 km away.

This complex comprises a total of 240 apartments with 2- and 3-bedroom units spread over a number of 2-storey buildings.

The apartments feature a master bedroom with a king-size or queen-size bed as well as an en suite bathroom. The other bedroom includes either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed and some have a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, toaster as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Each apartment includes a direct dial telephone and cable TV. Also featured in the apartments are a washing machine, a dryer and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

There is a heated swimming pool available for use in the grounds with a hot tub.

From Orlando Airport: take the South exit, signposted State Road 417, Kissimmee. Join SR 417 heading West. This is a toll road. Exit at junction 2 signposted Celebration. At the end of the exit ramp, after passing through the toll booth, turn right onto Celebration Avenue. Drive 0.5 km to the junction with US Highway 192. Here turn left onto Highway 192, and then right at the second set of traffic lights onto Parkway Boulevard. Take the first left and the Hotelbeds Welcome Centre where geusts check in will be on the right.
