Residenza La Pianca dates back to the 18th century and has been completely renovated. It features a garden and a free car park.

The residence is 500 metres from the lake, where you can enjoy surfing, fishing, and sailing. Shops, restaurant and a supermarket are just a short walk away. Please inform Residenza La Pianca in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property is not serviced by public transport and so guests are advised to bring their own vehicle.

Gas heating is available at an additional cost, as are linen changes.

Baby cots and highchairs are available when requested in advance.
