Charges for improper conduct: - We are a strictly no smoking hotel and will charge EUR250 fine to guests that smoke in the room

- Other grave inappropriate behavior such as peeing on the walls, burning the floor, staining the mattresses with wine etc.. will involve a fine up to EUR300 depending on gravity of the misconduct

- We ask guests to respect other guests and not play loud music after 23h, otherwise customers will be charged a EUR100 fine

- We reserve the right to refuse access to customers who insult our staff or behave in any other aggressive manner. We may also call the police if the situation escalates.
