Stoll's Sporthotel

This traditional hotel enjoys a central location between Berchtesgaden and Lake Knigssee. It offers a daily breakfast, free parking as well as free WiFi in the entire hotel.

Sporthotel Schnau am Knigssee boasts rooms with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Most include a balcony. The hotel was named Oskar Stoll, a famous ski jumper from the 1930s. The hotel name refers to this historic tradition rather than to any sports facilities.

The scenic area offers countless opportunities for hiking and winter sports. Watzmann-Therme water park is a 5-minute drive away.

Berchtesgaden Train Station is only 2 km from Sporthotel Schnau am Knigssee while Lake Knigssee is only 3 km away. Guests paying the local city tax can use local buses for free, public parking for half price and also get discounts at sightseeing attractions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sporthotel Schnau am Knigssee in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Stolls Sporthotel is an entirely non-smoking hotel.

If you arrive after 22:00, please contact the accommodation in advance by e-mail to confirm the late check-in. For late check-in between 22:00 and 24:00 (midnight) there is an extra charge of 30 EUR. For arrival between 24:00 (midnight) and 03:00, the surcharge is 60 EUR.

Please note there is a charge of EUR 5 if you require confirmation of your hotel for your consulate.

Reservations from German residents without credit card details can be only accepted if the home address of the person who has reserved is provided.

Light snacks are available upon request from 11:00 until 23:00.

Please note that special requests must be made by email (not telephone) and must also be confirmed in writing.

On departure you must return your room card. Otherwise you will be charged EUR 5 per missing card by the property.
