Staff are lovely and so accommodating The rooms are extremely clean and the bed is comfy The continental breakfast was great Good location 15 mins on metro to Louvre and River area Would definitely recommend

I would have liked conditioner but this is a very minor point I m a girl with long hair so I really should have bought a small travel size at the airport

Work being carried out in the hotel meant very dusty in communal areas but staff did well to minimise disruption for guests Showers don t have curtain or screen so whole bathroom floor becomes a tray

Wonderful staff clean room and great location

We had a beautiful room but there wasn t a mirror anywhere near an electrical outlet which made blow drying a challenge

Hotel very good located Metro Taxi all near Marks Spencer Food shop and Starbucks next door Perfect The staff was sooooooo friendly and helpfull in any matter Will stay there again when in Paris

The location decor comfort and staff were all excellent Walking distance of many interesting attractions and shopping but a step away Food was very good the evening we ate in and we enjoyed an apero in the bar by the fire a number of times because it was so comfortable Tea and Coffee facilities in the room were very welcome Lovely stay and we would happily book there again

The shower didn t work more than a dribble but we put that down to old French plumbing which we are used to However cleanliness was perfect and there was always plenty of hot water and clean towels for a bath or we used the bath shower hose No problem

The room is fantastic for eiffel view The food are excellent The stuff are great I love breakfast there The bed is very comfortable and large space I love Shangri la Paris

Have some misunderstanding about dry cleaning express
