Friendly staff

The bed was a little hard

I booked and paid for this for my daughter and her boyfriend When they arrived they were made to pay again as they would not accept the email I had sent her Disgusted that my daughter was put through quite a lot of stress the whole point of me paying in advance was so that she wouldn t have to

Perfect location the room was large warm comfortable and had everything I needed Staff were very friendly and helpful

Getting into the shower cubicle was a bit of a squeeze but I did it and enjoyed the shower

The staff named Ali is not friendly We requested to store valuable things in a locked room but he refused to help and just sit at the counter Luckily there is another ladies whose do the cleaning part help us to get a locked room and keep our things

I was told breakfast started at 0630 In fact it didnt start till 0700 I was told bedroom had a window i was in basement room and it had a piece of glass in wall It wasn t a window The quality of bed linen was poor very poor synthetic duvet and ynthetic pillows

Very noisy couldn t sleep Cramped rooms Far too expensive for what it offers

It was very convenient to Kings Cross St Pancras stations The receptionists and housekeeper were very helpful

The two beds pushed together in a room only suitable for one single size bed made it impossible for the person against the wall to get out of bed unless they crawled down the bed or over the other occupant

The staff were particularly helpful to us

The design of the room is perfect for a family

The room for the parents does not have ventilation natural light and it is terrible for somebody who suffers claustrophoby
