Location is very good for kings cross

Perfect location the room was large warm comfortable and had everything I needed Staff were very friendly and helpful

Getting into the shower cubicle was a bit of a squeeze but I did it and enjoyed the shower

The room was well appointed and clean location close to trains was excellent breakfast was good

Wifi should be included in the cost of the room

The after care I was charged twice for my stay and when I telephoned the comfort inn I was met with aggression I explained on which dates I was over charge and the gentleman Mr Haq told he could only see one payment he started shouting to me when I asked for him to check it again And I was told to send my statement to him These company s are quick to take your money but are slow to do anything for you I then spoke to booking com david who was more than pleasant but still I had to prove to booking com by sending my statement Which is all very well but again I am doing all the work I then spoke to my visa account people then were able to tell me I was being given a refund from comfort inn if Mr Haq had checked properly none of this would be necessary after 2 hours I finally got to the bottom of this My time is very precious to me Not pleased at all

The water pressure for the shower was poor resulting in an unsatisfactory showering experience Aircon was loud

Location was primary selection criteria and was perfect from that point very short and flat walk from St Pancras Kings Cross Stations Building is an old terrace very nicely modernised modern fit out good sized lift excellent facilities in room inc kitchen which would be excellent if staying several days Bright clean kitchen and good continental breakfast Don t know if all rooms the same but booking was for double suite which ended up coming with double bed and 2 singles when all I needed was a double bed given primacy of location in selection and space quality of fitout didn t matter

Suite I had was on basement level ie down 1 from reception round corner from kitchen Had a window but view only to little area below ground level

Good location near Kings Cross St Pancras Stations But in the side street so very quiet Staff were great Property very clean Simple good continental breakfast included

The room was a little tight And if you are traveling with 2 couples note that the bathroom is off one of the bedrooms This was ok for us as we had the kids in that room
