HotelDescription#The hotel is situated in the ancient Caledonian pine forest, beside the village of Aviemore, itself at the foot of the Cairngorm Mountains in the heart of Cairngorms National Park. The forest is protected by a conservation order.

This charming country house is made up of deluxe wooden lodges, nestling in a delightful woodland setting. They are rustic in appearance but equipped and designed with luxury and service in mind. Guests are welcomed in the lobby. Bicycle hire is also available onsite.

All rooms feature a shower, TV, Internet access, a kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave, and a terrace.

Recreational activities available to guests include a swimming pool with flumes and a wave machine, a Technogym, sauna, steam room, hot tub, children's' adventure playground and luxury shopping store. Guests can also play table tennis or golf, go horse riding or biking, or give archery a go.

The lodges are 5 minutes' walk from the facilities of the main resort. There are four hotels within the resort offering guests the opportunity to eat onsite with a wide choice of restaurants. Lunch and dinner are available as set menus.

From the south (Glasgow, Edinburgh and Perth): Leave A9 as signposted for Aviemore (B970), turn left at T junction and follow road into Aviemore village. Immediately after the Esso garage on the right, turn left into the resort. Take the first exit after passing the roundabout and follow signs to reception.
