Very clean hotel delicious food at their restaurant

Staff were helpful

Noisy room near 24 hour fans

There was no signs for clean my room or don t disturb t he room service brought it and then took it back The beds was really uncomfortable tgey charged me twice for one room my visa was authorise at the chick in and the chick out

the staff where unhelpful slow and extremely rude no cups in room had to ask for plates to eat our food in bar area drinks served in plastic glasses shower extremely dangerous as floor gets wet and slippery when you have a shower we will never stay there again no apologies offered for the lack of service far to dear for what is provided

Bar and reception areas very smart spacious and welcoming The chap that dealt with parking our car very helpful and friendly

Spa was messy Jacuzzi too small Changing rooms dated Not really a relaxing spa Certainly not worth 8 should be part of the room fee

The location

Stayed in room 4088 over the weekend just gone and had to pass through a building site Saturday and Sunday as was not told or showed a safe route to my room Monday morning came around while leaving my room to go and check out a builder started to give out saying this was not the way go I told him I did not know another way and was pushed for time my flight home he then said something else of which I did not understand as it was not in English

It was walking distance from everything we needed and comfy especially with the star bucks downstairs

Having the 60 deposit a surprise on the day i don t remember seeing this in the booking confirmation

Easy access to Metro Clean and safe

Priced little high for size room but understandable due to location
