I liked the location as usually I stay in Novotel

Everything from the arrival uncooperative staff no services meeting the room rate or hotel 4 stars we choose 4 star hotels and above to get services where I did not find during my stay in Holiday Inn

Great location Very clean rooms breakfast one of the best

It was reasonably quiet

It was a bit on the small side for a double room

You cannot sleep well in the morning because the light come thru the side of the curtains and when having a shower the water is all over the bathroom

Friendly helpful staff great gym and pool Fantastic location

Room quite small even though it was an executive room Shouldn t have to pay extra to use gym and pool Room service menu isn t good and doesn t cater for vegetarians or vegans at all

An excellent full English breakfast and at good value

Even though we were on the eighth floor you could hear music being played from below at 1 30 in the morning

Fantastic location

Rooms need updating its a bit old fashioned

The breakfast was very good service was great and location was perfect more than satisfying

No complaints apart from the works going on around the corner couldn t be helped though
