Location is perfect Staff is very nice and friendly The hotel has history and tradition and is next to the opera pedestrian shopping street metro and transport connections

My personal opinion is that price of breakfast is a bit too high for what is offered as a variety For 2 people the charge was 72 EUR For this amount you could easily have a good meal at a good restaurant including main dishes Food was good quality but still 36 EUR per person is a bit too much This could be improved

the design of the hotel was beautiful excellent room staff was friendly

the mattress on the bed was too soft people were smoking at the bar so the non smoking option was to have drinks at the same place we had breakfast

Liked their hospitality location and noise proof windows as we were in the middle lucyof the traffic

Would have liked spacey wardrobe with more hangers we only had 3

Very close to the train station Breakfast was fine Room was in a long narrow shape with a separate lounge area Staff was friendly enough and helpful however don t expect too much on warming smile

Bathroom was big but shower design was unpractical as the water would splash and leak everywhere If you leave towels on the towel rack they will get wet after shower as well The service was fairly old school with bell boy open the door for you take your luggage to your room as well as show you around in the room Of course in return be prepared to tip It got us by surprise and we could only tip in lose coins

Disappointing room dark and unpleasant The area near hotel very uninteresting and dangerous My wife afraid to leave the hotel after dark
