On this visit we stayed for 6 nights and were allocated a Junior Suite which comprised a very large bed room with study table and sofa a separate mini kitchen with hotplate microwave oven fridge and a basic set of cutlery and crockery and a large bathroom The selection of food for the breakfast buffet was very good There is free 24 hour internet access

The only negative aspect was the lack of air conditioning which could be a problem only when Vienna experiences unusually hot weather as was the case this summer

Breakfast was good excellent restaurant Urban Coterie SPA facilities Attention in solving problem from night manager Daniel Parnham Although in the beginning we had problem after positive intervention of manager everything was as we expected from a 5 Hotel Definitely we will come back with first occasion

Reservation system for online booking i think it could be better In sauna area are needed hangers for bathrobes

Couldn t get in the spa because of overcrowding on a Saturday early evening

It was ok just very expensive for quite a basic room which was meant to be a superior room location wasn t ideal but public transport was close and handy to use the room was clean and nice and fresh

The room was very very basic the bed was big but very hard there was no bath having paid so much for a few nights room was very cramped staff were not that helpful in telling me about transport etc they just expected us to just get taxis
