Staff were friendly helpful hotel was clean modern yet had a good level of classic class

Larger size bedrooms fab facilities all in too smaller space

Very friendly staff great central location great facilities liked the steam room bed just right with fluffy pillows very quiet inside the room excellent hot hand held and rainfall showers with all accessories included Did not need it but did have iron hair dryer free tea coffee with kettle and a bottle of water with 3 shiny apples absolutely wonderful stay very good value for money and Vlad at the door with his bowler hat and suit really topped it off with his affable and friendly manner total joy recommended

Did seem to be like a maze with endless corridors and difficult to find your way around but not too critical for me sauna not that good

I always stay at Movenpicks if I can when I am on business in Europe This is the first time I have used them for leisure You did not disappoint Junior suite was ideal

Miss the yellow duck in the bathroom

Top floor bar was never open and the spa bath didn t work on either of the days we visited rooms very noisy due to doors shutting in corridors

Tiny room no view Maybe I had higher expectations as my stay at M by Montcalm was superb Also could not turn off the TV and the light was very annoying for sleep

The hotel had only been open 2 weeks Everything was how it should be and the staff were very helpful Great location too
