Attentive service and complimentary car was extremely useful as it was raining Very friendly knowledgeable driver

Full cooked breakfast on day 1 was excellent day 2 same breakfast but portions far smaller due to a busier hotel after Royal Variety at Albert Hall the night before therefore not consistent Service though was attentive as always

The staff was amazing the facilities are great excellent location

Wi fi is unstable and very slow The carpet did not appear to be very clean

A private party on down stairs I didn t think it was appropriate in that kind of hotel

Real 5 stars hotel in all Reception staff superb

Sara at reception was really really helpful Renovated rooms facing courtyard are really nice and quiet

Corridors are a bit old fashioned

We love the location very close to anzelize Louvre La fayette Arc De trump etc and the staff of the hotel was freindly and very helpful Mr Sezar who helped us to carry our luggages was kind and he spoked few langugages i e italian turkish english which is just perfect Also at the reception Mr Hassan was very helpful The breakfast was rich too The Hotel is just excellent

There is only 1 lift and is small so sometimes one has to wait for it especially at breakfast time Other than that everything is perfect

Location was stunning Building was cool Art Deco style Had a luxe feel

King bed in the suite was 2 singles pushed together Resulted in gap opening in the centre Ripped off in the bar prices are extortionate Two Double whiskey 180 Ordered a meal to the room Which came minus the accompaniments Only once we ate the starter we realised they were missing It took 20 minutes for the vegetables to arrive The hotel didn t charge us for the disasterous meal but that isn t the point service clearly not 5 star
