Very good location

The standard room was very small The decoration was outdated Room layout was bad and the wall was very thin Staff were rude and no proper manner The staff made fun of other guests in front of us Maid s trolley and dirty sheets are always on the floor of the hallway although in the afternoon The shower holder was broken The view of the balcony was blocked by the wall so we could not see anything
Location and price were excellent
Bar staff and receptionists were very moody bordering on rude Breakfast waitresses were however very friendly Room size was farcical yes it was cheap but a 3x3 5m room was certainly not advertised nor would it have been booked

I think thebedrooms and bathrooms are tired and in need of refurb Decor of gold and brown is unappealin

A very minor issue but out of the 5 nights that I stayed they provided 1 small bottle of water complementary For the other days they didnt provide me water in the room

The hotel is clean newly furnished and it s right next to Hyde park and Kensington gardens You can t but love it Staff are very friendly and helpful specially Cristina Gabriella and Petra
They had a problem with the elevators for 2 3 days out of the 7 days I stayed there We were lucky we stayed at the second floor but it was still annoying
