Landhaus Fischer

Landhaus Fischer is situated only 5 walking minutes from the centre of Kaprun and the Maiskogel Ski Area, and 6 minutes by car from the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier Cable Car which takes you more than 3000 metres above sea level. A ski bus stop can be found 3 walking minutes from the property.

The apartments come with free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a bath tub. Free private parking is possible on site.

A spa area with an infrared cabin, a sun bed, a relaxation area and a tea corner is a guests disposal free of charge from October to April. From November until easter guests can also enjoy a sauna.

Landhaus Fischer features a garden, a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and table tennis table. Guests are also offered a taxi and excursion transportation service on spot.

A restaurant and a supermarket are within a range of 100 metres. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Landhaus Fischer in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the spa area is only available from October to April.

Please note that the sauna is only available from November until easter.
