The receptionist was an excellent face of the business in that she was polite professional knowledgable helpful The room was spotless the bed was comfortable This hotel has clearly had a refurbishment since I last stayed I will definitely be returning again

A plus side would be to have air conditioning in the rooms It was exceptionally hot on the day I visited and ventilation in the room was poor

The room and view was fantastic I could see the whole of Paris The view of Enfield tower was amazing The staff were fantastic and the facilities were excellent I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend

The only negative of being on the 3 2nd floor was the sound from the rooftop bar However the view of the room compensated for this

You should put flat iron for clothes No Toothpaste and tooth brushes

As soon as we walked on the property we were made to feel very special We all liked that very much They were very attentive and we appreciated that

The swimming pool staff were not very friendly One of them even told off my children about splashing but the only splashing they were doing was from moving their arms and legs to swim They are just learning to swim and after being told off they were very reluctant to move in the water

The staff where very good very descent of them to leave a small birthday cake and refreshments in room for when we returned to hotel and the same evening brought champagne and pastry plus minerals for the child They upgraded us to an Eiffel Tower view room from an Arc de Triumph view as well

We had a club king room but only had 2 beds pushed together and when we asked where the child was to sleep they sent in another small bed for her but this cut the room size down dramatically the rooms are only fit for the 2 beds really I think they maybe should have let us know the room would not be suitable for three to share

The restaurant was nice especially the regency club area

Room was dirty dated and I ordered a suite but they simply connected 2 rooms and then put 2 single beds together to make a double despite my request not to Certainly poor value for money Bed was extremely uncomfortable and totally uneven

Friendly helpful reception staff restaurant staff also very good with one exception see below Overall a very enjoyable stay

Air conditioning a little noisy in room complimentary water bottles on check in but it would have been nice to have more on 2nd night Worst thing was one REALLY surly waiter who we had the misfortune of being served by both on the first evening and the second lunchtime

Great staff and comfortable room Two tube stations within a kilometre and bus stops at the doorstep with direct access to Oxford st theatres Camden market and Hyde Park Beautiful Regents Park is across the road

Building works were noisy on the first day but didn t really impact on our stay
