Great location nice views to the Plaza really good breakfast
No wine glasses in the room
The breakfast was excellent
The quality of the staff was not consistent We felt that training was an area that needed developing
Stayed in a junior suite and was pleasantly surprised at the size and layout of the room The bed was enormous and the standard of cleanliness in the whole hotel was excellent
The pictures of the size of the pool on the website are very misleading Heard many a guest commenting as we did about how small it actually was
We loved everything about this hotel I proposed to my girlfriend in our room overlooking London on the 47th floor It was simply stunning The staff were amazing and the Ting Restaurant is a must
