We loved the location the staff were very helpful and friendly The rooms extremely comfortable and quiet

The breakfast was excellent but we thought overpriced for anyone on a leisure break

The booking site was misleading It indicated breakfast included in green letters but was not included Both sites that we had checked in Sweden and I in USA Hotel was not 4 star level We expected more My friend from Sweden my English friend and I taught hotel is 2 star level My English friend stayed in 3 star remodeled Travel Lodge it had a new king size bed Only cost 79 English pounds 1 2 what I paid It was in belter location in the middle of London

Excellent service and accommodated my early arrival check out with ease I booked back in a week later after business trip

No free wifi

Our check in and out was easy The room and bathroom were v clean Ideal situation for the Royal Albert Hall

Breakfast a little chaotic as everyone seemed to come down at once but was soon sorted out by the staff

Staff were so warm and welcoming and made our first visit to this hotel so straight forward only stayed one night but didn t want to leave it was so nice

The bath shower wasn t very big for the room but other than that everything was brilliant

Very stylish room the location is excellent for most of the major tourist attractions and the staff were very helpful Dont forget your swim suits or gym clothes as the facilities are first class

I requested a early check in as we had a 5 hour journey to get there on arrival I was told my room wouldn t be ready untill 3pm we arrived at 11 am but the hotel was told of that in advance but could have another which was ready for a further 50 bit steep considering what we payed anyway so we didn t really save anything on booking through booking com Nice hotel but keep it in mind if you want to check in early you will be paying a supplement maybe I m being cynical but I m being honest

Rooms were very small cramped Was further from the tube than expecting perhaps the 300 yards didnt convert well with metric Was a solid 6 or 7 blocks

noisy from the outside as well as next rooms bed was too soft alarm went off two times in the night

Location great and modern Reception nice

Our first room must have been smoking as it had a musky smell

The location was very good in a great area and easy access to all the sights we were given a complimentary upgrade for my birthday and also a lovely surprise for my birthday when we got back to the hotel in the evening we would definitely use the hotel again
