I liked the friendly service This is my 4th time at this hotel and every time I come I m greeted with a lovely smile and great service

We had a room facing the street Rue Cambon but the noise on the street in the middle of night was very annoying and quite loud

Wonderful staff and lovely building that has been decorated well 4star for sure Really enjoyed our stay

Great decor friendly staff and good location

Bed was a little smaller than I hoped

Leaking basin which wasn t fixed until we left despite emails several calls

Lots of confusion at check in about adding SPG Gold status to reservation no gold benefits given many outlets in room not functioning repairs to room outlets not completed during stay as promised small room

Room with big problems i e no warm water in the morning bathroom had an inappropriate scent We were offered to change the room and was given a replacement of a lower category though the staff insisted that it was the same standard with was less then half the size of the original one The restaurant food quality was not as could be expected for a restaurant belonging to a 5 hotel This is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel
